Long after graduation, college students continue to reap the benefits of extracurricular involvement.

Joanna Jones, 23, knows what it takes to be involved in extracurricular activities during college. Before graduating from Kent State University in 2011, she was an active member of Delta Zeta sorority, first serving as vice president of membership and then as president for two years. In spite of the huge time commitment, she believes the experience not only improved her collegiate experience, but also played a role in launching her career.
