Fire Up the Grill
Cooking outdoors is a great way to bring summer flavor to a winter meal.

You don’t have to be crazy adventurous or even outlaw rugged to enjoy a stoking hot grill with a nice sizzling steak in January. More and more people are trying to dodge Old Man Winter’s icy grip, covering their woolly warm mittens with grill mitts to enjoy a good winter barbecue. And while it’s great to eat a juicy burger off the grill on a cold, snow-covered day, comfort food — like deep-flavored roasts — are a real treat as well.
