That’s the question visitors face — both coming and going — in the Great Lakes Science Center’s new interactive exhibition “Facing Mars,” open through Sept. 5.
Space travel isn’t all fun and freeze-dried ice cream — especially when it comes to a three-year-long flight to the mysterious Red Planet.
Humans have landed spacecraft on Mars, but it’s landing humans there — in healthy mental and physical shape after a multi-million-mile voyage — that’s the challenge.
