Taste of Spring
The Mill Street Bistro Bar in Norwalk has its eyes on warmer weather with this sweet dessert-like drink concoction. Cheers!
1 ounce Absolut vanilla vodka
1 ounce DiSaronno Originale Amaretto
1 ½ scoops vanilla ice cream
raspberry melba sauce
splash of Chambord
Mix first three ingredients together in a blender. Drizzle melba sauce in a hurricane glass, then pour ice cream mixture into the glass. Finish with splash of Chambord on top.
