Rolling in Dough, or My First Pastry Class

A few weeks ago, I took a croissant class from Culinary Institute of America-trained pastry chef Bennett Davis at the Loretta Paganini School of Cooking in Chesterland. Check out the slideshow to see — and hear — what we learned.
