Rules and Regulations

ELIGIBILITY: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO WIN.

The sweepstakes is open to anyone 18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees of Great Lakes Publishing, their immediate families (spouse, parents, children, siblings and their spouses) and individuals living in the same household as such employees are ineligible. Sweepstakes are subject to all applicable federal, Ohio, local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

HOW TO ENTER:

The sweepstakes begin on May 15, 2011 and end on September 6, 2011 at midnight (“Sweepstakes Period”). During the Sweepstakes Period, go to www.ohiomagazine.com and register. Limit one entry per day, per household during Sweepstakes Period. Only entries received on www.ohiomagazine.com will be accepted. Entries are only good for the week they are entered on www.ohiomagazine.com.

HOW TO WIN:

Each week during the Sweepstakes Period, one name will be drawn at random from all eligible entries received.

PRIZES AND ODDS:

There will be one winner per week to receive the prize listed for the same week on the website. The odds of winning depend upon number of eligible entries received. Only one winner per household. NOTIFICATION: The winner will be notified by email and will be required to claim the prize within five (5) days of notification. Failure to accept the prize within five (5) days will result in forfeiture of the prize. The prize will be mailed to the winner upon the recipient acknowledgement of winning.

GENERAL CONDITIONS:

By participating in this contest and submitting an entry, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decision of the Sponsor in conducting the contest. By entering the contest, winners agree to waive any and all claims against the Sponsor, employees and representatives for a personal injury or loss that may occur from the participation in this contest or from the receipt or use of any prize. The Sponsor, employees and representatives, are not responsible for incorrect, inaccurate transcription or loss of entry information for any reason whatsoever. By entering, entrants acknowledge compliance with these Official Rules including all eligibility requirements.

For the names of winner(s), mail a self-addressed stamped envelope to Great Lakes Publishing, 1422 Euclid Avenue, Suite 730, Cleveland, OH 44115. Winner’s first name and city will be posted on www.ohiomagazine.com/summer.
