Buckeye Vodka's Peanut Butter Cookie Martini

In honor of Buckeye Vodka’s 10th anniversary, we asked the Dayton-based distillery to share recipes for a few celebratory cocktails. This buckeye-inspired drink is sure to become a favorite for those who love the chocolate-and-peanut-butter combination. “[It’s] more of a dessert than a casual cocktail for sipping during happy hour,” Jim Finke, founder of Buckeye Vodka says, “but we’re always ready for this decadent martini.” The flavorful rim along with the decadent Bailey’s Irish Cream make for a sweet treat to end an evening with. “Classic flavors and Ohio’s smoothest vodka make for one of the creamiest and most indulgent drinks you’ll enjoy this season.”

Peanut Butter Cookie Martini

INGREDIENTS
1 ounce Buckeye Vodka
Crushed peanut butt­er cookies
1 ounce whipped cream
Chocolate syrup
1 ounce Crème de la Cocoa (clear)
1 ounce Bailey's Irish Cream

DIRECTIONS
Pour Crème de la Cocoa on a plate and rim a martini glass. Crush peanut butter cookies, then press glass into crushed cookies to make the crunchy rim. Put equal parts Buckeye Vodka, Bailey's and Crème de la Cocoa in a shaker with ice and shake. Drizzle chocolate syrup into the martini glass. Pour the shaken mixture into the glass. Top with whipped cream and sprinkle additional cookie crumbs on top.
