Dickens Victorian Village Kickoff Event

This annual holiday event kicks off in downtown Cambridge with an old-fashioned street fair among the lifelike scenes from the Victorian era. The evening culminates at 7 p.m. at the Guernsey County Courthouse with a candlelight ceremony.
