Enjoy a unique blend of Mardi Gras, Christmas and Independence Day at this festival held at Fairport Harbor Beach. Festivities include an evening parade on July 3, followed by a day dedicated to kids on July 4 where they can meet Santa, decorate Christmas cookies, and enjoy carnival rides and cotton candy.
