Each Sunday in March, the town of Burton, dubbed Pancake Town USA serves up delicious pancakes and maple syrup at various venues across town, including  the Burton American Legion, Burton Fire Station, Berkshire High School and others. Be sure to visit the Burton Log Cabin for maple syrup and candies, as well as sap boiling demonstrations.
