Ohio Farmer Lee Jones Appears in a New TV Series

“The Chef's Garden” from Rachel Ray and International Content’s Free Food Studios is set to premiere on the A&E network Jan. 27.

Farmer Lee Jones from The Chef’s Garden and Culinary Vegetable Institute is once again inviting folks to his charming family farm in Huron. This time, however, the audience is just a little bit bigger and a lot more widespread.

Jones is headlining a new A&E network show titled “The Chef’s Garden.” Airing during the network’s Home. Made. Nation broadcasting block (a space set aside for lifestyle programming), the 10-episode series is part of A&E’s partnership with Free Food Studios, fronted by professional chef and television personality Rachel Ray.

The show brings viewers right to The Chef’s Garden, Jones’ 350-acre farm known for its specialty vegetables, microgreens and herbs. The property is also home to his industrial kitchen at the Culinary Vegetable Institute. Here, Jones and some famous faces will be using farm-fresh ingredients to create and test innovative recipes.

Guests on the docket for the series include Emma Bengtsson, Curtis Duffy, Jenner Tomaska and Ray herself. They will create mouthwatering dishes for the show, including Thai spice shepherds pie, chilled corn soup and much more.

The show’s airing on A&E is made possible by the partnership with Ray’s Free Food Studios, an independent brand of production for television and streaming that produces food-forward content.

“The Chef’s Garden” premieres Jan. 27 at 10 p.m. on A&E.
