Inspired by a true story, the musical tells the story of the Schuenemann family, known for bringing Christmas trees to Chicago in the early 1900’s, despite the cold, wintry weather and the dangers of crossing Lake Michigan. They loaded their ship with Christmas trees from Michigan’s Upper Peninsula and set sail across the lake. This is a story you won’t soon forget. 

Coming to the Ohio Star Theater stage Dec. 17 and 18, is "The Prophecy Show: A Trans-Siberian Orchestra Tribute" and the 2022 concert series begins Feb. 11 and 12, 2022 with live performances by Fernando Ortega. Information about additional 2022 shows is available on the app or online.
