The Inn at Honey Run: This boutique hotel’s fine dining restaurant, Tarragon, features a seasonal menu of contemporary American cuisine based on what’s fresh and local from producers throughout Holmes County and the region. (There are also 12 beehives, a small flock of sheep and a garden on the 56-acre property.)
